The Pop!Tech Prediction Marketplace tests your insight into the future of technology, business, politics, social innovation and much more. It’s a place to tap into the collective wisdom of the thought leaders, influencers, and change agents of the Pop!Tech community. Those with the best foresight get national recognition and cool prizes – including a free ticket to Pop!Tech ’09 – so get trading!
Prizes will be awarded on an ongoing basis, at least quarterly, beginning at the end of January, 2009. Prizes will be determined by a raffle-based system that considers performance (virtual dollars won) and participation (number of trades). Current prizes include:
- At the end of January, 2009 and April, 2009 we’ll be awarding some to-be-determined, in-demand prizes contributed by Pop!Tech partners.
- On July 31, 2009, everyone who has traded on the Pop!Tech Prediction Marketplace between 10/10/08 and 7/31/2009 will be entered into a raffle to win a free pass to Pop!Tech 2009. One winner will be selected and notified by August 5, 2009.
